Mondo Generator was formed in 1997 by ex Kyuss and Queens of the Stone Age bassist/singer Nick Oliveri.
Initially intended as a solo/side project, but soon became a real band, famous for the crazy live performances.
In 25 years the band released 7 full lengths and a bunch of EPs becoming one of the best stoner-punk trio on the scene. Mondo Generator is Nick Oliveri, Mike Pygmie and Michael Amster.
